Itacho Sushi (Bugis)

Itacho Sushi (which means 'chief chef' according to the website) is originally from Hong Kong rather than Japan. This sushi chain has an estimation of twenty branches in Hong Kong and I am quite surprise to know that they had actually set up an outlet in Sydney Airport (Terminal 1).

When we were directed to our seats, it feels like walking into a dim sum restaurant where patrons were ordering via the scribbling on those mini ordering paper while flipping through the menu.

Missy H

Tuna Salad Warship
$0.90

Shrimp Tempura Sushi
$1.80

Fried Softshell Crab
$6.00

Fried Shrimp Roll
$2.50

Inari Sushi with Spicy Salmon
 $1.30 per piece

I could never get sick of the Inari Sushi as I enjoy the sweetness taste that I get from the beancurd skin.

Eel Mini Rice
$4.00

This mini eel rice is consider a little too pricy for such a size (a small ice-cream scoop size of rice topped with five mini cubes of eel and sprinkled with few pieces of omelette).

Salmon Sushi
(Promotion Price $0.60 per piece , 4 pieces per person)

Of all the dishes that we ordered, salmon sushi was the best for the fish was fresh and tender while the rice was warm.

Grilled Pork Sushi
$1.00
