Recipe: Chilli Soft Shell Crabs

As the family was too lazy to dine outside, it was decided that we would whip up a dish using our favourite Prima Taste brand "Singapore Chilli Crab" Ready-to-Cook Sauce Kit on our remaining soft shell crabs in the freezer.

I suppose Prima Taste should actually try not to cramp too much details on the box cover. They ought to keep it more simple as some would always say : less is more.

Mixed feelings

Recently, I had received an email that had wrecked up my plans for the beginning of Year 2011.

Firstly, I had to reschedule my trip back home to the end of March.
This would means that I will no longer be able to celebrate the Chinese New Year 2011 with my family and friends. It would also means that I will be wasting the first quarter of my twenty-eleven in Sydney.

On the other hand, I am delighted that there is a progress in my application despite not knowing how long will it actually takes before this application is finalized and successful. But I do pray that every thing will be finish before the start of March!
