Antoinette ( Mandarin Gallery )

I am in love with Antoinette after the first visit.















The Antoinette
- milk chocolate mousse infused with earl grey , 
dark chocolate earl grey tea cremeux and 
consists of a base of  chocolate biscuit
topped with a shiny ball of raspberry coulis

Le Royale
- 64%  rich Dark Chocolate mousse, 
Almond Meringue, Hazelnut Almond Feullitine, 
Chocolate Genoise and Dark Rum




Pavlova
- Caramelized Banana, Crepe, Meringues, Sorbet

HEAVENLY!!



Choclicieux





Royale Hot Chocolate
- spiced with cinnamon, orange, star anise, cloves and vanilla

I would not recommend you to choose this hot choc if you are not very into spices!
As for me? I am a lover of cinnamon (:
