I had always wanted to try the Putu Piring shop located at Hougang but I was told by a friend that it has closed down.

However, my craving for Putu Piring has been satisfied by the Malay family that sell them at the pasar malam (night market).

In fact I prefer Putu Piring made by Malays compared to those made by the Chinese :x
