Ta-Ta took a day off from work and drove us to Hyams Beach in order to escape from the busy Sydney city.
I made some "ngor hiang" (Hokkien Fried Meat Roll) for our picnic and we also came up with a funny yet yummy idea of dipping Sour Cream and Chives (Grainwave) chips into the Singlong's chicken 'n' rice chilli sauce.
